Five-Year Growth Plan

Since opening the Tsiyon Family Hospital in February of 2023, Building Up and the Tsiyon Medical Team have celebrated many accomplishments. Our teams continue to strategize to expand services and increase the number of patients being serviced by Tsiyon Family Hospital “TFH”.

By 2028 TFH will be operating at its optimal service level providing quality sustainable services that ensure long-term operation and effectiveness. This five year plan includes the following goals:

Continue to expand access to TFH from distant villages
Purchase an ambulance
Fully equip the operating room, laboratory and neonatal intensive care unit
Maximize available patient beds
Contract with a publicist to expand marketing
Partner with anchor donors and expand our donor base
Maximize financial efficiency

Set up multiple yearly medical team visits to provide care and training
Maximize financial efficiency
Work with our partners to increase study abroad/service learning visitations and training opportunities for college students, scheduling a minimum of two per year
Hire staff trained in the expanded areas of service offered including a surgeon, dental assistant, physical and occupational therapists, social worker and health educator
