The hospital is filling up with medical equipment and furniture that is saving and improving lives. The team is working on landscaping, weatherizing, adding signage and much more as capacity continues to grow.
March, 2023
The hospital is built and in limited operation! It still requires some critical infrastructure , such as installing the elevator, as well as sufficient medical equipment and furniture.

We will post photos and updates as we move ahead with construction of the Zion Family Health Clinic in Sayyi, Uganda.
Milestones
New milestones will be added as the first year of operations commences.
- Purchase land for clinic: November 2018/ $4,100 Completed
- Drill a well on clinic site: February 2019/ $2,400 Completed
- Dig a latrine on clinic site: March 2019/ $1,057 Completed
- Architectural Plans/Government permits/ Uganda Bank Account Set Up: 2020/2021/ $1,525 Completed
- Construction of Phase One (ground floor) of the clinic began - April 22, 2021
- Construct Phases 2, 3 & 4 of the Zion Family Health Clinic
- Provide necessary medical/dental equipment and supplies
- Hire medical/dental & support staff
- Prepare staff for the opening of the clinic
- Prepare and distribute information in the community about the opening of the clinic
- Plan and schedule an open house
- Open the Zion Family Health Clinic for patient care
